I'm pretty sure that the root of this problem is a failing hard disk (after all, it is a "Western Dodgital") but, without the tools to prove it, I've got a I am very happy that this product works like it said it would, I mainly use it for drive maintenance. He didn't ask me to recover the files but I know he really wants the pictures back.
