I turn to you good folk here - to seek advice and help in solving this problem. Type in "data recovery program" into a search engine and you should get a lot of hits. and it could't keep photos and videos. I DONT KNOW WHAT MEMORY STICK TO USE!!

i dont know how to store my photos... How could i solve this ???? i've been using it for some time now and it's been perfect but then all of a sudden when i take pictures or record, the image is pitch black. I've tried to format the memory stick using the camera but then I get the same message again.
To print the manual completely, please, download it. I bought a knew memory stick and it still doesn't work. I have tried formatting the memory stick through my computer but this hasn't solved the problem. It would be greatly appreciated.

It will recognize it. If memory serves me correctly your camera should take at least 8GB cards, so it's not that! Format error • Format the media again (pages 48 and 49).
