i barely used the laptop and while doing a update to security the battery died then it would not bot up fully. i hit f10 and it lets me try to recover again and i get a 320 or 385 error and operating system not found wheni reboot. Thanks! When I try to do a full recovery, the process stops at the "formatting" stage at 2%.
