Very very disappointed as really like the system. Reboot router and BRIDGE if still unable to play Spotify through Sonos. I have tried to submit diagnostics but the process just hangs saying 'submitting' and after 10 minutes says 'try again'. Not sure 100% if this is the reason behind my issues, but will be pretty annoyed if virgin are doing this!
The problem isn't that Sonos won't accept my credentials when logging in on Spotify, I never even get the chance to enter them. After your router comes back up, please test the services again as well as Radio to see if you are able to stream services.
